 Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using the Gotcha Spy & Security Products (Company) Web Site (Site). By accessing, browsing, and using this Site and the hardware it's hosted on, you (Visitor) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms and conditions apply only to Sites which reside on servers within the "gotchaspy.com" domain structure. 
Rules for interacting with the Site

The Company assumes no liability or responsibility from the contents of, or improper interaction with the Site, and may change, edit, or remove any material or transmissions that are illegal, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that violates the Company's policies in any way. The Company will fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity of anyone posting such material or transmissions. 

Rules for Minors (Under Age 18)
Minors under the age of 18, need permission from a parent or legal guardian before interacting with this site. This Site has no rating or Content verification systems, and the Company can not guarantee this site to be suitable for viewing by Minors. Viewing of this site is at the viewers own risk.

The Company works very hard to display accurate information on it's products for sale, but will not be held liable for changes in items, pricing, or specifications, due to business reasons, Site errors or omissions, or computer hardware and software errors.

At Gotcha Spy & Security Products (Company) your privacy is very important to us. Information collected about you is used to process your request and provide a personalized experience while visiting the Company's Web Site (Site). Please read on for more details about our privacy policy. 
Hit Logs
The Company monitors and records all traffic on the Company's Sites to industry standard Hit Logs. These Hit Logs provide the company with Site usage statistics, traffic patern data, and information to aid in the investigation of individuals that perform illegal, mischievious, or malicious activity on the Company's Sites. Hit Log data at a minimum may include date of visit, time of visit, host IP address, and browser type. The Company may exchange Hit Log data with other Company partners or third parties for Company development and outside research and marketing. 

Cookies
The Company does use cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser on your computer. We use them only to store a randomly generated session ID, we do not store any sensitive information in them. This is done so that you can have a shopping cart, and to log in once you have established a user account. 

Information that may be Collected
To interact with the Site, we may need to know your full name, mailing address, eMail address, fax, and phone number. This information is used for contests, promotions, processing inquiries, fulfill, and deliver requests and the communication of such items with you. It may be necessary to share your name, address, and telephone number with a shipping/mailing company and partner of our choice to process your request, and deliver requested items to you.

Information obtained via correspondence with the Company and/or Site is used to help the Company to provide a better Site and experience for it's visitors.
