Shipping & Returns

Our Return Policy

Due to the very nature of our product line, some items may be used once and no longer needed, for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no refunds or exchanges on any of our products.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable under any circumstance.


Warranty Information

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check products immediately (for quantity, incorrect product, physical damage) upon receipt and notify us of any problems within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that you receive a non-functional or defective item from us, the product may be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

IMPORTANT!  PLEASE READNo returns or exchanges for warranty will be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.  Cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped is subjected to a 20% cancellation restocking fee.


Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Late Shipments

If your item was lost, stolen, damaged, or late due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company directly to resolve the matter. Once an order is shipped and has left our facility, it is up to the carrier to deliver your package to you in a safe and timely manner. Tracking numbers are not always issued due to certain shipping methods. If a tracking number is not supplied, please do not request one as it may not be possible.
