Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Please keep in mind that you may be asked to supply further documentation or information regarding your RMA request. We reserve the right to reject an RMA request if we deem the request to be invalid. RMA numbers are only valid 10 days from the date of issue.
Any item returned for repair or replacement must be returned in its original packaging, original wrapping materials (bubble wrap, bags, covers, etc.) along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc.
To request an RMA, please fill out the form below and include your name, order number, e-mail address, and phone number. In the details section, please specify the product and include a detailed description of the problem(s). You should receive your RMA number via email within 24-48 hours. Once you receive your RMA number, please write it on the package and mail it to:
